Hotline Operator

Overview

The 419th Separate Battalion of Unmanned Systems invites the hotline operator to the service.

This position is the foundation of our internal communication. You will not just answer calls, but ensure reliable communication with the unit's fighters and their families, which is critical to the morale and stability of the entire battalion.
You will become part of a unit that forms a new defense system — intelligent, technological, effective.

Responsibilities:

• reception, initial processing and official registration of all incoming calls, messages and appeals
• maintaining detailed internal records of appeals
• full support of appeals from the transfer of the request to the command to bringing the ready-made solution to the person who applied

Requirements:

• competent oral and written language, clear diction, ability to listen and respond to appeals even in stressful situations
• confident PC skills (working with Excel spreadsheets, email and instant messengers)
• ability to perform monotonous work, high responsibility and attentiveness
• complete secondary or higher education

Conditions:

• грошове забезпечення від 20 000 грн/міс + додаткові виплати до 30 000 грн (залежно від умов служби)
