Overview

The 420th Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion is a unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that specializes in high-tech solutions in the field of unmanned systems.

Responsibilities:

• developing and implementing personnel search and selection strategies
• organizing and conducting interviews with candidates
• maintaining personnel documentation and ensuring process compliance with legislation
• ensuring internal communication and developing corporate culture

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in personnel management
• higher education in psychology, management, or HR
• excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• high level of responsibility and organizational skills

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 25,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on where tasks are performed
• full gear, food, and psychological support according to Armed Forces of Ukraine standards
• annual leave, free medical care, the opportunity for career growth
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
