The higher the risk and workload, the higher the pay. Infantry-assault, combat, or basic contract: different terms, positions, and payouts, but the same guarantees and post-service deferral.

Infantry-Assault
A contract for assault troops and infantry. The most high-risk role, with a fixed service term and the highest pay.
Combat
A contract that factors in risk and workload — the closer to the front line, the higher the payouts.
Basic
A contract with an increased base payout. You can move into a combat role later and earn more.

The same bonuses and annual payments apply to all contracts: +UAH 100,000 for capturing an enemy combatant, +UAH 15,000 for a kill in close combat, UAH 27,000–33,000 for a signed contract, and from UAH 20,000 for annual wellness support.
Infantry-Assault Contract
A contract for assault troops and infantry. The most high-risk role, with a fixed service term and the highest pay — averaging around UAH 300,000 and up to UAH 460,000 per month.
Monetary Allowance and Payments
Base monetary allowance
Varies depending on military rank and position.
Combat bonuses (front line)
Amounts — UAH / day.
Rear-area bonus
For time spent in the rear — for those covering rear-area cities and protecting civilians (EW, air defense, IT specialists).
Achievement bonuses
One-time payments, UAH.
Additional annual payments
Paid annually, UAH.

Deferral After Contract Completion
How the deferral is calculated
Guaranteed deferral — 6 months.
Plus 3 additional months to the total deferral for every month of combat duty.
An infantryman spent a total of 5 months on position.

Deferral After Contract Completion
How the deferral is calculated
Guaranteed base term — 6 months. Plus 1 additional month of deferral for every month of combat duty (not on the front line).
On the front line, additional deferral is calculated under infantry-assault contract rules — +3 months for every month on position.
An FPV operator performed combat duties (not on the front line) for 6 months.
