ATGM Operator
Overview
An anti-tank guided missile system operator carries out combat tasks as part of the unit and works with modern anti-tank weapons. The position requires discipline, precision, endurance, and responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- carrying out combat missions as part of a crew
- preparing the system for operation
- keeping weapons in serviceable condition
- compliance with safety requirements
- coordinating with the commander and the unit
- continuous improvement of professional skills
Requirements:
- age from 18
- readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
- attentiveness, discipline, and stress resilience
- good coordination and responsibility
- willingness to learn
- fitness for military service
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen
- provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and full meals

- monetary allowance from 21,000 to 121,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
