ATGM Operator

Overview

An anti-tank guided missile system operator carries out combat tasks as part of the unit and works with modern anti-tank weapons. The position requires discipline, precision, endurance, and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • carrying out combat missions as part of a crew
  • preparing the system for operation
  • keeping weapons in serviceable condition
  • compliance with safety requirements
  • coordinating with the commander and the unit
  • continuous improvement of professional skills

Requirements:

  • age from 18
  • readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
  • attentiveness, discipline, and stress resilience
  • good coordination and responsibility
  • willingness to learn
  • fitness for military service

Conditions:

  • mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
  • possibility of transferring current servicemen
  • provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and full meals
  • the prospect of career growth, development of leadership skills
  • monetary allowance from 21,000 to 121,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
  • free treatment and financial compensation for injuries sustained in combat
