Overview

The 419th Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion invites you to serve as a Records Clerk.
This position is the foundation of the unit's internal organization. Your accuracy and efficiency determine not only order in the paperwork, but also the timeliness of payments and the granting of leave to personnel. You will be the one who ensures the legal and administrative stability of the battalion.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, registering, recording, and storing orders, reports, reference notes, and other official documents according to regulatory requirements;
• Maintaining electronic document flow and working with office equipment;
• Interacting with other units for prompt information gathering and transmission.

Requirements:

• confident PC user: knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Word and Excel);
• a high level of proficiency in Ukrainian (written and spoken);
• attention to detail, the ability to work with large volumes of information without errors in numbers or names;
• complete secondary or higher education.

Conditions:

• contract service or mobilization until demobilization is announced;
• possible transfer from other military units;
• monetary allowance from 20,000 UAH/month + additional payments (up to 50,000 UAH in total, depending on terms of service);
• annual paid leave of 30 days or more + additional leave for family circumstances or treatment;
• medical care: free treatment at military and state medical facilities;
• gear provision: issuance of uniform, footwear, and equipment according to Armed Forces of Ukraine standards;
