Head of Recruitment Group
Overview
The 419th Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion is building a professional team and invites you to serve as Head of the Recruiting Group.
This position is key to the systematic recruitment of personnel: you will manage a group of recruiters, plan the work, and coordinate interaction with unit commanders and external services — the battalion's timely replenishment depends on it.

Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the recruitment team (coordinating three recruiters, distributing tasks, monitoring performance);
- Developing and implementing a recruitment strategy according to the battalion's needs;
- Planning and maintaining the team's monthly work plan;
- Organizing remote screening (posting vacancies, initial screening, online interviews) and monitoring selection quality;
- Interacting with the TCC/Regional TCC, escorting candidates through examination stages and commissions (Military Medical Commission), coordinating transfer procedures;
- Collaborating with battalion unit commanders to determine current personnel needs and promptly adjust plans;
- Organizing and creating advertising materials together with the communications team;
- Maintaining and keeping up to date the candidate database and reports for command (weekly/monthly reports);
- Ensuring recruitment processes comply with the battalion's standards and internal requirements.
Requirements:
- experience in recruiting, HR, or personnel management;
- understanding of remote screening processes, conducting interviews, and building a talent pool;
- experience interacting with recruitment authorities (TCC/Regional TCC) — an advantage;
- skills in recruitment planning, analytics, and reporting (monthly/ongoing);
- experience working with a communications team or the ability to organize recruitment advertising campaigns;
- strong leadership qualities, organization, responsibility, ability to work under stress;
- confident proficiency with recruiting platforms;
- complete secondary or higher education.
Conditions:
- contract service or mobilization until demobilization is announced;
- possible transfer from other military units;
- monetary allowance from 20,000 UAH/month + additional payments (up to 50,000 UAH in total, depending on terms of service);
