Overview

The 419th Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion invites you to serve as a Recruiter. This position is important for the battalion's development, since you are the one who finds and brings in the people on whom the effectiveness and combat capability of our unit depend.
You will become part of a unit that is shaping a new system of defense — intelligent, technological, effective.
This is your place in building the future.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for and screening candidates through online platforms, social media, and other channels;
• Conducting interviews and initial screening of candidates;
• Maintaining reports and the candidate database;
• Interacting with unit commanders to determine current personnel needs;
• Participating in building the battalion's talent pool.

Requirements:

• experience in recruiting, HR, or personnel work;
• ability to work with candidate-search platforms and social media;
• sociability, organization, responsibility;
• skills conducting interviews and preparing reports;
• complete secondary or higher education.

Conditions:

• contract service or mobilization until demobilization is announced;
• possible transfer from other military units;
• monetary allowance from 20,000 UAH/month + additional payments (up to 50,000 UAH in total, depending on terms of service);
• annual paid leave of 30 days or more + additional leave for family circumstances or treatment;
• medical care: free treatment at military and state medical facilities;
• gear provision: issuance of uniform, footwear, and equipment according to Armed Forces of Ukraine standards;
