PLATOON COMMANDER

Overview

The 152nd Separate Jäger Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is recruiting candidates for the position of Platoon Commander in the brigade's combat units.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing combat training and managing the platoon's personnel.
• Planning, coordinating, and carrying out combat tasks according to commanders' orders.
• Monitoring the technical condition of weapons, equipment, and the unit's supplies.
• Fostering discipline, maintaining fighting spirit and the moral-psychological state of personnel.
• Maintaining the platoon's official documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher or secondary military education (or experience in command positions).
• Combat experience — an advantage.
• Leadership qualities, responsibility, stress resistance.
• Ability to make decisions under time constraints.
• Readiness to take responsibility for people and the results of service.

Conditions:

• Monetary allowance from 85,000 UAH/month and up (depending on terms of service).
