Driver
Overview
The 26th Artillery Brigade named after Brigadier General Roman Dashkevych is a formation of missile forces and artillery within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, based in the city of Berdychiv. With the start of the large-scale invasion, units of the brigade contained the advance of russian forces in the Donetsk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia sectors. The brigade's artillerymen took part in the Sloboda offensive operation to liberate the temporarily occupied territory of Kharkiv region.
Responsibilities:
- ensuring the timely dispatch of the vehicle to carry out tasks
- transporting cargo and personnel
- ensuring the technically sound condition of the vehicle assigned to the driver
- organizing measures for preserving the vehicle and property in it
Requirements:
- age 18 to 45
- complete general secondary education
- no criminal record
- fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
- good physical fitness will be an advantage
- motivation to serve the Ukrainian people and defend the sovereignty of the state
- no alcohol or drug dependency
- a category B/C driver's license
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a term of 3 years
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on where tasks are performed
- participation in international military training
- service in the combat zone
- gear provision, food, medical, and social support
