Overview

The 3rd Separate Tank "Zalizna" (Iron) Brigade is a powerful formation within the Ground Forces, based in Khmelnytskyi region. From the first days of the full-scale invasion, the brigade took part in the defense of Kyiv and Kyiv region, fought in Chernihiv region, and later fought defensive battles in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia sectors. In September 2022, the unit served as the "armored fist" of the Sloboda offensive operation during the liberation of Kharkiv region. Kharkiv region remains the brigade's main area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit
• preparing self-propelled artillery guns and other equipment
• maintaining and repairing artillery systems
• calculating target coordinates and adjusting fire (after training)

Requirements:

• physical endurance
• stress resilience

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• one-time payment upon signing the first contract — 24,224 hryvnias for enlisted rank, 27,252 hryvnias for sergeant rank
• monetary allowance from 22,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
