Tank Driver-Mechanic

Overview

The 3rd Separate Tank "Zalizna" (Iron) Brigade is a powerful formation within the Ground Forces, based in Khmelnytskyi region. From the first days of the full-scale invasion, the brigade took part in the defense of Kyiv and Kyiv region, fought in Chernihiv region, and later fought defensive battles in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia sectors. In September 2022, the unit served as the "armored fist" of the Sloboda offensive operation during the liberation of Kharkiv region. Kharkiv region remains the brigade's main area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• operating the tank, working as part of a tank crew
• keeping equipment in proper technical condition
• carrying out current and scheduled maintenance and repair
• participating in training and combat operations

Requirements:

• good physical shape
• possession of the relevant military occupational specialty (MOS) or willingness to undergo training as a tank driver-mechanic
• tractor driver-operator license preferred
• responsibility, organization, and ability to work in a team
• military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• one-time payment upon signing the first contract — 24,224 hryvnias for enlisted rank, 27,252 hryvnias for sergeant rank
• monetary allowance from 20,100 to 25,000 hryvnias + additional reward for participation in combat operations of 100,000 hryvnias
