UAV Master Technician

Overview

The 159th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a newly established formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was founded in 2024 and is actively being formed. The unit currently needs motivated candidates who are willing to train diligently and serve their country.

Responsibilities:

• preparing unmanned systems for operation
• developing and integrating new solutions for effective operation
• maintaining and repairing unmanned systems
• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit, including work in the combat zone

Requirements:

• basic level of understanding of technologies and operating principles of unmanned systems
• understanding of frequency ranges, modulations, principles of radio wave propagation
• ability to read electronic schematics; practical experience repairing electronic equipment will be an advantage
• confident skills in using computer technologies
• ability to learn and willingness to master new technologies
• ability to work in a team and follow the chain of command
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• readiness to work in the combat zone
• practical skills in UAV piloting will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• monetary allowance from 20,000 hryvnias
• social protection for servicemen and their family members
• provision of housing, gear, and military property
• material assistance for wellness and for resolving social issues
• annual leave in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine
