Overview

The 4th Separate Tank Brigade is a standing tank forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

delivering precise strikes on designated targets at long range
carrying out observation, reconnaissance, and target detection in various terrain conditions
preparing sniper weapons and optical devices, adjusting them before a mission
developing and implementing a plan for covert movement and occupying positions
working in a pair with a partner to provide cover and increase the effectiveness of operations
assessing wind, distance, lighting, and other factors affecting firing accuracy
compliance with safety procedures and rules for handling weapons

vocational secondary or higher education, military training in sniper courses
experience working with small arms and aiming devices
a high level of physical fitness, resistance to stressful situations, endurance
developed analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently
knowledge of tactical methods of camouflage, covert movement, and reconnaissance
ability to quickly navigate terrain and make decisions in extreme situations

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
service as part of a specialized unit with all necessary gear and equipment provided
training and regular drills to maintain a high level of readiness
