EW Operator

Overview

The 152nd Separate Jäger Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit calls on you to stand up for the defense of your homeland and join its ranks. Your courage and dedication will be the key to our shared victory, and your participation a significant contribution to achieving peace and independence for our state.

Responsibilities:

• analyzing and detecting radio-electronic signals of enemy systems
• conducting electronic reconnaissance and providing protection from enemy EW systems
• evaluating the effectiveness of EW application and adjusting actions based on results obtained
• coordinating with other units to ensure effective electronic warfare
• setting up, maintaining, and operating EW equipment to suppress or jam signals
• keeping EW equipment operational and configuring it according to the mission's conditions

Requirements:

• vocational secondary or higher education, preferably in electronics, radio engineering, or communications
• desire to learn and improve one's knowledge in the field of EW
• understanding of the operating principles of radio-electronic systems
• high level of analytical ability, attention to detail
• ability to respond quickly and make decisions in stressful situations
• ability to work in a team, responsibility, and discipline

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• service as part of a combat unit with modern gear and equipment
• monetary assistance for signing the first contract
• completion of basic combined-arms training and specialized EW operator training (if needed)
• regular drills and the opportunity for professional development
• a full package of social payments, wellness assistance, and other types of monetary assistance
