Excavator Operator

Overview

The 152nd Separate Jäger Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit calls on you to stand up for the defense of your homeland and join its ranks. Responsibilities:

• working on single-bucket hydraulic excavators
• keeping the excavator in working order and performing necessary scheduled and repair work

Requirements:

• secondary technical education
• an excavator operator's license
• experience operating hydraulic single-bucket excavators
• knowledge of the requirements for safe excavator operation, including awareness of safe positioning and work near pits and obstacles
• understanding of the operating principle of an excavator's hydraulic system, ability to perform maintenance and minor repairs (fault diagnostics, replacement of units, pipelines)
• a category C driver's license is desirable
• experience operating and maintaining automotive equipment and diesel engines will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• completion of basic combined-arms training and specialized excavator operator training if needed
• work in the relatively safe conditions of the second and third defense lines
• stable salary, a social package including wellness assistance, annual leave, and compensation

• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
