Driver
Overview
The 116th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a unit of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that was formed during the full-scale russian invasion. The unit's service members took part in the heroic Zaporizhzhia counteroffensive and the valiant defense of Avdiivka, and continue to defend our country's territory. Responsibilities:
- transporting cargo and personnel to positions or between settlements
- monitoring the technical condition of assigned vehicles, configuring auxiliary and special technical equipment
- using additional technical equipment installed in the vehicle (radio, EW equipment, tablet, etc.)
- organizing measures for vehicle preservation
- keeping weapons in constant combat readiness
- compliance with military discipline, the laws of Ukraine, and the laws and governing documents of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
- continuous improvement of one's professional skills
- compliance with safety rules and fire tactics
Requirements:
- at least 1 year of experience driving vehicles
- driver's license category B/C; having a category above C will be an advantage
- knowledge of the main causes and methods of eliminating faults that arise during vehicle operation
- fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
- age from 25
- physical and psychological endurance
- stress resilience
- basic general secondary education, technical or specialized education will be an advantage
- no criminal record
- military service experience will be an advantage
- readiness to perform tasks in the combat operations area
- willingness to constantly learn and improve one's own technical and combat skills
- readiness to work as part of a team
- responsibility and attentiveness to the details of assigned tasks
- a drive to achieve success in accomplishing assigned tasks and a results-oriented mindset
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- service in the combat operations zone
- guaranteed monthly monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the complexity and location of tasks
- annual additional wellness payment equal to one month's monetary allowance
- annual main leave and additional leave of 10 days or more for family circumstances
- provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and full meals
- free medical care
