Radio Operator

Overview

The 2nd Mechanized Battalion is part of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. The unit took part in the defense of Ukraine in the Serebrianskyi forestry, Chasiv Yar, Ocheretyne, and Kupiansk. The unit's service members are fully provided for. This vacancy is for service in the mortar battery; the unit is looking for conscientious and motivated citizens who are ready to learn, grow, and together liberate the territories of Ukraine from the russian occupiers.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring communication with command and other units
• carrying out radio communications and transmitting necessary information
• working with radiotelephone equipment, maintaining it and keeping it in working order
• monitoring radio frequencies and working with radiograms
• maintaining the log of radio station and communications equipment usage

Requirements:

• readiness to learn and pursue professional development
• understanding of the operating principles of radio equipment and communications
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• fitness for service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• responsibility, attention to detail
• military training preferred

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• the prospect of career growth, development of leadership skills
• annual main leave of 30 days
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• support during the Military Medical Commission stage at the Regional TCC
