Deputy Company Commander for Morale and Psychological Support
Overview
The 2nd Mechanized Battalion of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been countering the armed aggression of the russian federation since 2023 and carries out missions to defend Ukraine and protect the population and the interests of the state. The unit's service members have been engaged in missions in the Donetsk, Luhansk, and Kharkiv regions and continue to successfully carry out their assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
- carrying out combat missions assigned to the unit
- ensuring the execution of tasks assigned by the company commander and the deputy battalion commander for personnel psychological support
- analyzing and monitoring the moral and psychological state of subordinate personnel and conducting measures to improve it
- analyzing and monitoring discipline in the unit, conducting measures to strengthen discipline
- general monitoring and analysis of the unit's state of affairs
- conducting internal service investigations
- coordinating with battalion and brigade units
- compliance with safety requirements when handling weapons and ammunition
- maintaining documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- age from 25
- officer's rank or higher education, with a desire to undergo training and obtain an officer's rank
- readiness to carry out tasks assigned to the unit in the zone of active combat operations
- strong communication skills
- stress resilience and endurance
- leadership qualities
- computer proficiency and document handling skills
- a high level of personal discipline and moral and professional qualities
- compliance with the requirements of the statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine
- fitness for military service by state of health
- having basic combined-arms training and/or military service experience in the position, and combat experience, will be an advantage
- education in psychology or practical skills in psychology will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on the specifics of tasks performed
