Deputy Battery/Company Commander for Morale and Psychological Support

Overview

The 44th Separate Artillery Brigade named after Hetman Danylo Apostol is one of the best artillery units of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade actively took part in the defense of Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Malyn, and also played an important role in the liberation of the Kharkiv region and took part in fierce fighting at Bakhmut. Today, the 44th Separate Artillery Brigade continues to destroy the invaders, carrying out combat missions in the Zaporizhzhia region and the Kursk region.

Responsibilities:

• monitoring the morale and psychological state of subordinate personnel, conducting measures to improve it
• conducting psychological testing of personnel, identifying and preventing stress conditions and psychological trauma among servicemen
• general monitoring and analysis of the unit's state of affairs
• maintaining documentation in accordance with military service requirements
• ensuring the execution of directives from senior command

Requirements:

• fitness for military service by state of health and moral qualities
• motivation to learn, improve, and work
• specialized higher education
• officer's rank
• readiness to work in the mission area (in the combat zone)
• developed communication skills
• experience in a similar position or combat experience will be an advantage
