Overview

The 109th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss" is constantly working to raise the qualifications and professional level of its service members and is introducing modern technologies. The unit has gained invaluable combat experience, taking an active part in difficult operations in eastern Ukraine. Its service members have shown a high level of professionalism, courage, and dedication that has enabled them to successfully carry out their assigned missions. Over the years of service, the battalion's fighters have received numerous state awards and distinctions for the courage and heroism they displayed in carrying out combat missions. They have repeatedly been recognized at the state level for their contribution to defending the country.

Responsibilities:

  • preparing food according to dish process cards and food quality requirements
  • performing auxiliary work in preparing dishes and culinary products
  • storing food products and monitoring their freshness and quality
  • compliance with cooking standards, hygiene rules, and occupational safety norms
  • complying with the rules for the primary and heat processing of food products, as well as food preparation technology rules

Requirements:

  • possession of a medical record book
  • knowledge of dish preparation technology and hygiene rules
  • knowledge of the rules and shelf life for storing raw materials and semi-finished products
  • responsible attitude toward work results
  • age from 18
  • military service experience will be an advantage
  • an enlisted (private) position

Conditions:

  • mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
  • possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
  • possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
  • monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
  • provision of gear and medical supplies
  • social protection and free treatment at military healthcare facilities
