UAV Engineer-Technician

Overview

The 17th Separate Heavy Mechanized Kryvyi Rih Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From 2014 to the present, it has taken an active part in the war against the occupiers. The brigade has fought for Sloviansk, Ilovaisk, and Debaltseve, and defended Mariupol. With the start of the full-scale invasion, the unit carried out missions in eastern and southern Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• preparing and servicing UAVs and their equipment
• continuous training and improvement in engineering matters related to UAVs and radio equipment
• mastering new weapons and equipment
• adopting best practices and implementing them in work

Requirements:

• experience working or participating in the production, configuration, or maintenance of FPV drones, ground stations, or antennas will be an advantage
• higher education in radio electronics, telemechanics, or programming will be an advantage
• ability and willingness to learn quickly

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 23,000 to 123,000 hryvnias depending on tasks and orders performed
• social guarantees, provision of gear and necessary equipment
• guaranteed annual main leave (2 parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of additional leave for family circumstances
• support in a friendly team of motivated, active, proactive soldiers and reasonable commanders
• processing of Combat Veteran status and other benefits
