Deputy Company Commander for Morale and Psychological Support

Overview

The 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces, established by motivated volunteers in the spring of 2022 to defend the Motherland from the aggressor's attack and to return occupied territories. The brigade's main value is the life of its personnel! The unit's advantages are its equipment (Abrams, Bradley, Paladin), modern Western supplies, and weapons. In the summer of 2022, the unit took part in combat during the defense of the Vuhledar thermal power plant. In 2023, the brigade played a key role in breaking through the enemy's defensive line and liberating the settlement of Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia sector. Since the autumn of 2023, the brigade has been actively fighting in the Avdiivka sector.

Responsibilities:

• working as part of the unit's team
• maintaining documentation in accordance with military service requirements
• analyzing and monitoring the moral and psychological state of subordinate personnel and conducting measures to improve it
• conducting internal service investigations
• coordinating with battalion and brigade units
• planning and coordinating measures to improve servicemembers' morale
• psychological support for fighters in combat conditions and during rehabilitation
• ensuring the execution of tasks assigned by the company commander and the deputy battalion commander for personnel psychological support
• carrying out combat missions assigned to the unit
• analyzing and monitoring discipline in the unit, conducting measures to strengthen discipline

Requirements:

• age from 25
• officer's rank
• readiness to work in the zone of combat missions
• ability to handle stressful situations, provide first psychological aid, and continue follow-up support
• computer proficiency and document handling skills
• military service experience will be an advantage
• higher education in psychology or related fields
• additional certificates, categories, and qualifications will be an advantage
• strong communication skills
• ability to work in a team

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
• provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and full meals
• guaranteed annual leave
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• full provision of uniform and all due gear according to standards
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
