Master Technician, UAV

Overview

The 156th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The new brigade is building its name together with experienced commanders who have been through the war and know what it takes to win. Become part of the history being written right now.

Responsibilities:

• maintaining, repairing, and configuring strike UAVs of copter and fixed-wing types
• preparing for the combat use of FPV kamikaze drones
• diagnosing malfunctions in electronic components and control modules
• restoring electronic components and technical equipment of drones
• coordinating with operators and the engineering team to promptly resolve malfunctions

Requirements:

• experience repairing electronics, microcircuits, and radio engineering equipment
• confident precision soldering skills (SMD, small components)
• knowledge of mobile applications, basic work with electronics (FPV systems, controllers)
• an engineering or technical education will be an advantage
• experience working with 3D printers is welcome
• an inclination toward hands-on work, attention to detail, ability to work in a team

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• annual main leave of 30 calendar days (2 parts of 15 days each)
• provision of gear and a personal protection kit
• a package of social and legal guarantees for servicemen and their family members
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 200,000 hryvnias depending on the area where tasks are performed
