Overview

The 42nd Separate Motorized Infantry Battalion is part of the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade named after Kish Otaman Kost Hordiienko. The battalion took part in the battles for Ilovaisk, Savur-Mohyla, and Debaltseve (2014-2015), and after the full-scale russian invasion, in the battles for Bakhmut and Kupiansk, and in liberating the right bank of Kherson region.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring the transportation of personnel to firing positions and back
• delivering ammunition, equipment, and other cargo as instructed
• keeping the vehicle in proper technical condition
• compliance with safety rules while moving in the combat zone
• carrying out command assignments related to the unit's logistics

Requirements:

• possession of a driver's license in various categories
• experience driving vehicles in difficult conditions
• knowledge of the basics of vehicle maintenance
• responsibility, discipline, ability to make independent decisions in critical situations
• readiness to work under conditions of heightened risk

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen

• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 170,000 hryvnias depending on experience, qualifications, and the area where tasks are performed
