Deputy for Psychological Support

Overview

The 42nd Separate Motorized Infantry Battalion is part of the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade named after Kish Otaman Kost Hordiienko. The battalion took part in the battles for Ilovaisk, Savur-Mohyla, and Debaltseve (2014-2015), and after the full-scale russian invasion, in the battles for Bakhmut and Kupiansk, and in liberating the right bank of Kherson region.

Responsibilities:

• working with personnel
• monitoring and analyzing the psychological state of the unit's servicemen
• working with the relatives of servicemen
• maintaining the unit's document flow

Requirements:

• higher education in "Psychology"
• ability to communicate with people
• knowledge of key laws and orders

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• social guarantees, the possibility of treatment and rehabilitation at state medical facilities
• the opportunity for training and professional growth
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 170,000 hryvnias depending on experience, qualifications, and the area where tasks are performed
