Sniper Squad Leader

Overview

The 22nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been carrying out missions to defend Ukraine in various sectors of the front since the start of the full-scale russian invasion.

Responsibilities:

• organizing and directing the sniper squad within the fire support company
• conducting reconnaissance and providing aimed fire
• ensuring the safety and effectiveness of fire support during combat operations

Requirements:

• age from 18
• fitness for military service
• at least 1 year of experience serving in a similar position will be an advantage
• ability to work in a team and make quick, well-founded decisions
• excellent shooting and reconnaissance skills
• leadership qualities
• developed communication skills

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 21,000 hryvnias per month and bonuses depending on prior length of service, assigned tasks, and place of service
