Tractor Driver-Excavator Operator

Overview

The 1st Separate Assault Regiment is a unit of the Ground Forces. The unit has taken part in combat in the most difficult sectors of the front: the Kupiansk-Balakliia operation, the defense of Vuhledar, Bakhmut, Kupiansk, and Chasiv Yar, and offensive operations in the Kupiansk sector. The unit is currently actively growing and needs qualified, motivated service members.

Responsibilities:

• operating and controlling the excavator
• keeping equipment in working order and performing necessary scheduled and repair work
• promptly and safely performing earthworks
• coordinating with engineer-sapper groups and commanders in the field

Requirements:

• knowledge and experience operating an excavator, a tractor-operator license of the relevant category
• experience working in field conditions/in the road construction industry will be an advantage
• ability to work with various soil types and in difficult conditions
• discipline, attentiveness, technical literacy
• an appropriate level of motivation, desire to learn and improve

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation, depending on prior length of service, assigned tasks, and place of service
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
• guaranteed annual paid main leave of 30 days + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
• qualified guidance at all stages of mobilization or transfer through to taking up the position
• service at the ATGM platoon and in the active combat zone
