Deputy Company Commander

Overview

The 22nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been carrying out missions to defend Ukraine in various sectors of the front since the start of the full-scale russian invasion.

Responsibilities:

• assisting the company commander, performing his duties in his absence
• participating in preparation for combat operations and in combat operations as needed
• planning and commanding the unit's execution of combat missions
• conducting combat training measures and supporting the morale and psychological state of personnel
• keeping weapons, ammunition, equipment, and property combat-ready
• ensuring internal order and discipline within the unit
• participating in training, training exercises, and other activities to improve qualifications

Requirements:

• possession of an officer's rank
• ability to command a unit, stress resistance
• good physical fitness and moral resilience
• responsibility and discipline
• fitness for service by state of health
• no criminal record
• military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 21,000 hryvnias per month and bonuses depending on prior length of service, assigned tasks, and place of service
