Platoon Commander
Overview
The 22nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been carrying out missions to defend Ukraine in various sectors of the front since the start of the full-scale russian invasion.
Responsibilities:
- maintaining the proper technical condition of the platoon's assigned weapons and military equipment
- carrying out assigned tasks in accordance with job duties
- commanding the platoon's personnel
- coordinating the platoon's activities in accordance with established protocols and strategies
- organizing and conducting training and drills to improve the platoon's combat readiness
- ensuring discipline and order in accordance with established norms and rules
- carrying out other tasks defined by command
Requirements:
- age from 20
- higher education
- officer's rank
- thorough knowledge of and proficiency with all types of weapons and equipment of the platoon
- experience in a similar position will be an advantage
- readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
- willingness to learn and develop
- prohibition on the use of alcohol and narcotic substances
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 21,000 hryvnias per month and bonuses depending on prior length of service, assigned tasks, and place of service
