Overview

The 1st Separate Assault Regiment is a unit of the Ground Forces. The unit has taken part in combat in the most difficult sectors of the front: the Kupiansk-Balakliia operation, the defense of Vuhledar, Bakhmut, Kupiansk, and Chasiv Yar, and offensive operations in the Kupiansk sector. The unit is currently actively growing and needs qualified, motivated service members.

Responsibilities:

• aiming the gun at the target according to the senior gunner's or commander's commands
• working with sighting devices (optical/digital)
• making adjustments according to weather conditions, distance, and ammunition type
• preparing the gun for combat, checking the serviceability of aiming mechanisms
• assisting in maintaining the gun and its camouflage

Requirements:

• service experience or special training in the artillery field preferred
• understanding of the basics of ballistics, direction, angles, range
• attentiveness, technical literacy, ability to make quick decisions
• readiness to work as part of a team and under stressful conditions

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation, depending on prior length of service, assigned tasks, and place of service
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
• guaranteed annual paid main leave of 30 days + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances, with the possibility of traveling abroad
• qualified guidance at all stages of mobilization or transfer through to taking up the position
• social benefits in accordance with current legislation
