Deputy Chief of Staff
Overview
The 1st Separate Tank Siverska Brigade is a tank forces unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Today you stand before a choice that will change your life. Responsibilities:
- preparing the battalion's core documentation
- collecting, assessing, and analyzing situations that affect the battalion's combat training and operations
- developing documentation on the deployment of the battalion's units involved in combat operations
- ensuring interaction between the battalion's units and structural units of the battalion staff
- organizing troop service
Requirements:
- having a higher education
- possession of an officer's rank
- fitness for military service
- knowledge of the requirements of the Statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
- knowledge of the "Instructions on Recordkeeping of the Armed Forces of Ukraine"
- ability to efficiently process large volumes of diverse data
- military service experience in similar positions will be an advantage
- readiness to work in the combat zone
- moral resilience and a high level of motivation
- high level of responsibility, organizational skills, and decision-making ability
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 100,000 hryvnias depending on where tasks are performed (at the permanent duty station or under combat orders)
- mandatory completion of basic combined-arms training before starting to perform official duties
- guaranteed annual main leave
- additional leave of 10 days or more for family circumstances
