Overview

The 153rd Separate Mechanized Brigade was established in late summer 2023 and is subordinate to the "North" Operational Command. The brigade includes artillery, rifle, engineer, and other positions. The unit has both experienced and young combat commanders. The brigade is moving toward victory and wants to do it together with you. Join us! This vacancy is for service in the tank battalion.

Responsibilities:

• preparing draft documents as assigned by the commander, tracking signed and approved documents, and distributing them to other military units
• delivering documents to executors within the established deadlines
• monitoring compliance with document handling rules
• reproducing and preparing documents
• reporting to the commander on the status of document handling
• receiving, registering, recording, and storing non-classified documents and preparing documents for archival storage
• preparing acts for transferring documents to the archive and for destruction

Requirements:

• vocational secondary education in law, economics, or technical education
• at least 1 year of experience working as a clerk is desired
• understanding of the basic principles of records management
• readiness to perform other non-specialty tasks (medical orderly, duty officer, etc.)
• responsibility and ability to work in a team
• computer literacy
• no harmful habits

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, depending on location
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• full materiel provision of uniform and gear
• experienced personnel
