Senior Rifleman-Operator
Overview
The 1st Separate Tank Siverska Brigade is a tank forces unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Today you stand before a choice that will change your life. Responsibilities:
- carrying out combat missions as part of an infantry unit
- observing the battlefield
- carrying out the commander's orders
- coordinating with other unit members via radio communication (knowledge of codes and commands)
- destroying detected targets as part of a team or independently
- maintaining combat training and marksmanship skills with various types of weapons
- strict adherence to military discipline
Requirements:
- fitness for military service by state of health
- proficiency in the main types of small arms
- endurance, attentiveness, stress resistance, and a high level of motivation
- desire to learn and improve one's skills
- no drug use within the last 3 years
- no criminal record
- no record of liability for corruption offenses
- military service experience or participation in combat operations will be an advantage
- good physical fitness will be an advantage
- successful completion of a tactical medicine course will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a term of 3-5 years
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on tasks performed
- training before taking up the position
- provision of gear, equipment, and full meals
- guaranteed annual leave (two parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of additional leave for family circumstances
- service in the active combat zone
- support within a professional team and reasonable leadership
- free treatment and compensation for injuries
- processing of Combat Veteran status
- social protection and other social benefits
- one-time payment of 25,000 hryvnias upon signing the first contract
