EW Equipment Operator (Duty)

Overview

The 61st Separate Mechanized Stepova (Steppe) Brigade was formed in 2015 within the Reserve Corps of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the full-scale invasion by the occupiers, it took part in the liberation of Kherson and the Kherson region, in the battles at Soledar and in the Avdiivka sector, and in the operation in the Kursk sector. The electronic warfare unit that is part of the brigade is one of the combat support units and does not take part in direct combat engagements. The unit carries out combat missions to detect and counter enemy UAVs of tactical and operational-tactical level. The unit is currently looking for motivated candidates who are willing to diligently study, work, and serve their country.

Responsibilities:

• operating EW equipment, ensuring its operability, and performing routine technical maintenance (programming)
• maintaining the operability of communication equipment and network hardware (internet)
• working with a PC
• communicating with units
• collecting and processing data, generating reports
• working with documents

Requirements:

• ability to learn
• responsibility and attentiveness
• confident computer skills
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• no harmful habits (alcohol, drug, gambling dependency, etc.)
• possession of a category B and C driver's license will be an advantage
• desire to learn, grow, and work

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 100,000 hryvnias depending on rank and place of service
