Tank Driver-Mechanic

Overview

The 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa is a military formation of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in 2014 and took part in the war in eastern Ukraine as part of the ATO/JFO forces. This is an opportunity to serve in the army, defend our country, and gain not only monetary compensation but also valuable military experience.

Responsibilities:

  • maintaining the tank, performing scheduled preventive inspections and repairs as needed
  • safely delivering the crew to the position and evacuating them after the combat mission
  • orientation on the route, avoiding mines and ambushes

Requirements:

  • experience operating tracked vehicles (tractor, combine harvester)
  • physical and psychological endurance
  • readiness for extended time in confined spaces
  • attentiveness, caution, quick reaction to changing circumstances
  • technical aptitude and ability to independently repair a combat vehicle
  • military service experience will be an advantage
  • stress resilience
  • motivation to destroy the enemy
  • readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations

Conditions:

  • mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
  • possibility of transferring current servicemen
  • service in Donetsk Oblast
  • monetary allowance from 51,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
  • guaranteed social package and annual paid leave
