Marketing Projects Manager
Overview
The 1st Separate Assault Regiment is a unit of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit has taken part in combat in the most difficult sectors of the front: the Kupiansk-Balakliia operation, the defense of Vuhledar, Bakhmut, Kupiansk, and Chasiv Yar, and offensive operations in the Kupiansk sector. The unit is currently actively growing and needs qualified, motivated service members.
Responsibilities:
- coordinating and supporting ongoing marketing projects
- developing plans to achieve set goals
- maintaining systematic communication with current and potential partners, project participants, agencies, and media
- preparing meetings on implementation matters
- maintaining report tables for the relevant project areas
- preparing presentations, creating informational materials, or drafting terms of reference for their production
- participating in developing strategies for cooperation and interaction with partners, local self-government bodies, etc.
- preparing letters, proposals, and reports
- maintaining the contact database
- organizational support for events
- building partnership relations
- generating ideas/strategies/sources for developing the unit's communications
Requirements:
- experience in marketing/management/advertising
- written and verbal literacy
- analytical and organizational skills
- responsibility, initiative, attention to detail
- practical knowledge and understanding of marketing principles
- ability to build a project process in a dynamic environment
- proactivity, ability to take initiative, seek solutions, and effectively organize processes
- experience working with presentations, including developing presentation materials
- experience working with spreadsheets and databases (MS Excel, Google Sheets), developing spreadsheets, tracking metrics and their progress
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen
- possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 50,000 hryvnias depending on service conditions
