Overview

The Separate Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi is a military unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit has defended Kyiv since the first days and steadfastly holds the defense in the most critical sectors in the east of the country. Where a team of specialists works, and no one can manage alone — not the doctor, the nurse or medic, the orderly, or the driver — but the paramedic will manage for certain. It's like a "one-person orchestra" — but a medic. From examination, diagnosis, emergency aid, and procedures performed independently, to escorting a sick or wounded person to the hospital (and only a higher power and the paramedic know what that word "escort" really involves). Responsibilities:

• participating in organizing the unit's medical support
• participating in providing medical care and evacuation of the wounded
• monitoring medical equipment, keeping it in proper condition and ready for use
• conducting treatment-and-prevention and anti-epidemic measures, monitoring compliance with sanitary and hygiene requirements
• referring and accompanying sick and/or injured personnel to medical facilities
• cooperating with the team
• cooperating with medics from other units, adjacent units
• working with the relevant documentation

Requirements:

• age from 23
• experience in general, emergency, urgent, and disaster medicine will be an advantage
• possession of ASM, CLS, CMC certificates and completed training will be a significant advantage
• skills in performing medical procedures will be an advantage
• first-aid skills
• desire for professional growth
• fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities, good physical condition
• readiness to work in the combat zone
• ability to work in a team
• desire to join the ranks of the legendary Separate Presidential Brigade!

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• stable monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias
