FPV Drone Operator

Overview

The 5th Separate Kyiv Assault Brigade is an infantry-assault mechanized formation within the Ground Forces of Ukraine. The vacancy involves service in the anti-aircraft missile and artillery battalion of the 5th Separate Assault Brigade. This is a unit that has held the skies over Donbas for more than two years, effectively blinding the "eyes" of the entire reconnaissance apparatus of the "world's second army." Equipped mostly with Western weapons and trained to NATO standards, it is ready to welcome motivated and qualified brothers-in-arms into its ranks.

Responsibilities:

• detecting and destroying the enemy using FPV drones
• setting up and piloting FPV drones
• maintaining and equipping FPV drones
• aerial reconnaissance
• analyzing data collected during mission execution

Requirements:

• developed spatial imagination and ability to orient oneself in space
• willingness to learn and improve one's knowledge and skills
• fitness for service by state of health
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• ability to work in a team
• willingness to constantly learn and improve skills

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days + additional leave of up to 10 days for family circumstances
