Overview

The 422nd Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion "Luftwaffe" has been carrying out missions in the Zaporizhzhia sector since July 2024 to this day, conducting aerial reconnaissance, correcting artillery fire, and striking enemy forces with strike UAVs. The unit is commanded by Captain Mykola Kolesnyk.

Responsibilities:

  • keeping records, maintaining and preserving documentation in accordance with legislation
  • timely preparation of service documents according to the file nomenclature
  • maintaining and accounting for logs
  • preparing reports for management, working with electronic databases
  • coordinating with other units to obtain necessary information
  • compliance with military discipline and execution of combat orders

Requirements:

  • fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
  • fluent proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs
  • ability to work with office equipment and programs
  • literacy and a high level of proficiency in the Ukrainian language
  • knowledge and understanding of recordkeeping principles
  • no alcohol or drug dependency

Conditions:

  • mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
  • monetary allowance from 20,000 + additional monetary reward from 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias based on task performance and combat orders
  • military provisions and social guarantees in accordance with legislation
  • the opportunity for service advancement (sergeant and officer courses)
