Overview

The 43rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in 2023. From the very first days of formation, the brigade's servicemen underwent intensive training, and combat coordination exercises took place in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The unit's servicemen are currently holding the Kupiansk sector.

Responsibilities:

• active sourcing of personnel according to identified needs
• processing candidates' personal files
• supporting candidates during mobilization, contract signing, or transfer
• maintaining accounting and reporting on candidates
• correspondence with candidates, conducting interviews and calls
• search and selection of candidates
• testing candidates

Requirements:

• having a higher psychological education
• basic ability to work with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
• ability to self-organize
• sociability and ability to communicate with people
• responsibility and organization
• stress resilience

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
