Overview

The 23rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in January 2023 and now takes an active part in combat and in containing the armed aggression of the russian federation in one of the hottest sectors. The units are equipped with the latest models of weapons and military equipment, allowing them to effectively carry out combat missions under modern conditions. The brigade's personnel undergo intensive training, including training to NATO standards. Thanks to its structure and equipment, the unit is able to quickly respond to changes in the operational-tactical situation and carry out a variety of missions.

Responsibilities:

• performing fire missions, including preparation for fire contact, holding positions, and providing fire support
• unconditional execution of commanders' orders and tasks, including combat tasks as part of the unit
• thorough knowledge and command of all types of the squad's weapons and equipment, their proper storage
• using and personally verifying the presence of the squad's weapons and equipment, their storage conditions, and combat readiness
• knowing weapons, sighting and observation devices, keeping them constantly combat-ready
• daily inspection and constant upkeep of the squad's weapons, equipment, and property in proper order and serviceable condition, monitoring their availability
• keeping assigned weapons and ammunition combat-ready
• compliance with military discipline and execution of the commander's instructions
• participating in training and exercises to improve military proficiency

Requirements:

• age from 18
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• high level of responsibility, ability to make decisions in stressful situations
• readiness to work in the area of active combat operations
• ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• ability to work under conditions of high physical and psychological strain
• desire to dedicate oneself to service in the army

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract work
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• annual assistance for resolving social and household issues
