Overview

The 23rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in January 2023 and now takes an active part in combat and in containing the armed aggression of the russian federation in one of the hottest sectors. The units are equipped with the latest models of weapons and military equipment, allowing them to effectively carry out combat missions under modern conditions. The brigade's personnel undergo intensive training, including training to NATO standards. Thanks to its structure and equipment, the unit is able to quickly respond to changes in the operational-tactical situation and carry out a variety of missions.

Responsibilities:

• operating vehicles and equipment
• maintaining and checking the technical condition of vehicles, promptly fixing equipment malfunctions
• transporting cargo and personnel
• carrying out tasks on the order of the unit commander
• compliance with safety requirements when working with equipment
• compliance with discipline and chain of command rules

Requirements:

• age from 18
• driver's license categories B, C
• experience repairing and maintaining vehicles
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• ability to work in difficult conditions and keep equipment in working order
• physical endurance and psychological resilience
• ability to work in a team and carry out the commander's orders
• willingness to constantly learn and improve one's skills
• desire to dedicate oneself to service in the army

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment
• annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family circumstances
• annual wellness payment equal to one month's allowance
• the prospect of career growth, development of leadership skills
• support from recruiters at all stages through assignment to the chosen position in the unit
