Overview

The 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss" has been defending Ukrainian land from Russian armed aggression since its formation in 2015. In March-April 2022, the brigade's units carried out combat missions in the Kyiv region, and from May 2022 onward in eastern Ukraine. The brigade continues to fight effectively and hold the line of defense. We are looking for reasonable, motivated people. Lack of experience is not a problem, since the unit provides training for newcomers led by experienced, battle-hardened veterans.

Responsibilities:

• carrying out the unit's tasks in fields and tree lines
• standing duty at observation posts, conducting aerial reconnaissance
• destroying enemy UAVs and ensuring the safety of one's own UAVs
• combating enemy aircraft and helicopters

Requirements:

• age 18 to 40
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations from dawn to dusk
• ability to adapt to changes in weather conditions and unpredictable situations
• ability to withstand bad weather and scratches from branches, and 152mm-caliber fire
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• desire to constantly learn and grow
• military service experience will be an advantage
• an enlisted/NCO position

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• service in the active combat zone
• monetary allowance from 25,000 to 130,000 hryvnias based on task performance and combat orders
• full gear and food provision
• timely processing of the Combat Veteran certificate
• leave in accordance with current legislation
• mandatory training before engaging in combat operations
• service in a well-coordinated, experienced team
• the opportunity to meet the commander and the unit before making a decision, with no risk of forced mobilization
• +23% pay supplement compared to other military units (for being a mountain assault brigade)
