Overview

The 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss" has been defending Ukrainian land from Russian armed aggression since its formation in 2015. In March-April 2022, the brigade's units carried out combat missions in the Kyiv region, and from May 2022 onward in eastern Ukraine. The brigade continues to fight effectively and hold the line of defense. We are looking for reasonable, motivated people. Lack of experience is not a problem, since the unit provides training for newcomers led by experienced, battle-hardened veterans.

Responsibilities:

• installing, adjusting, and maintaining communication systems
• configuring computer networks
• performing cable-line work
• repairing communication equipment
• monitoring the network system and ensuring the security of automated systems

Requirements:

• age 18 to 40
• readiness to work in the combat zone
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• willingness to constantly learn and develop
• military service experience will be an advantage
• experience in sports and active tourism will be an advantage
• knowledge and ability to work with various communications equipment, cable components, and hardware
• an enlisted/NCO position

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• service in the active combat zone
• monetary allowance from 25,000 to 130,000 hryvnias based on task performance and combat orders
• full gear and food provision
• timely processing of the Combat Veteran certificate
• leave in accordance with current legislation
• mandatory training before engaging in combat operations
• service in a well-coordinated, experienced team
• the opportunity to meet the commander and the unit before making a decision, with no risk of forced mobilization
• +23% pay supplement compared to other military units (for being a mountain assault brigade)
