Platoon Commander

Overview

The vacancy involves service in the 154th Separate Mechanized Brigade, part of the 16th Army Corps of the "Pivnich" ("North") Operational Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• commanding a platoon
• Working with personnel: maintaining soldiers' combat readiness, regular drills, and skills advancement
• compliance with military discipline and cohesion in the platoon
• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit
• coordinating with the company and battalion commanders

Requirements:

• having combat experience will be an advantage
• ability to lead people and make decisions in stressful situations
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• no alcohol or drug dependency
• stress resilience

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law directly into the military unit or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
