Overview
The 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Black Zaporozhians is a military formation of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since 2014, the brigade has taken part in the war in eastern Ukraine as part of the ATO/JFO forces. At the start of the full-scale invasion, the brigade defended Kyiv. The soldiers of the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade took part in the battles for Irpin, Moshchun, Hostomel, and Bucha. Since the summer of 2022, the brigade has been defending Ukraine in the Donbas. The vacancy involves service in the brigade's engineering support group, which has been holding the defense in the Vuhledar sector for more than a year.
Responsibilities:
- preparing and processing documents (reports, requisitions, statements, etc.)
- coordinating and monitoring the completion of documentary procedures
- ensuring the timely and accurate execution of management's instructions
- maintaining the electronic database and archiving documents
- performing other tasks related to records management, as needed
- analyzing and processing provided information
- conducting an internal service investigation
- preparing documents for approval and signature by management
- monitoring the timely updating and storage of documentation
- coordinating with other units to obtain necessary information
- performing other tasks related to records management
Requirements:
- readiness to work in the combat zone
- stress resilience, attention to detail, organizational skills
- ability to work with Microsoft Office
- experience organizing and maintaining records management
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- service in the active combat zone
- possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 50,000 hryvnias
- provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals

- guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
