uAV instructor

Overview

we are looking for an experienced pilot who knows how and wants to train others for the position of UAV instructor. The instructor prepares new operators from scratch, improves the skills of existing crews and transfers combat experience. The results and safety of pilots in positions depend on the quality of his training. We offer a modern training base, professional development and a strong team.

Responsibilities:

• навчає нових операторів БпЛА з нуля за програмами підготовки;
• проводить теоретичні заняття з будови, налаштування та тактики застосування БпЛА;
• проводить практичні заняття з пілотування на симуляторах і в полі;
• підвищує кваліфікацію діючих екіпажів і злагоджує їх;
• оцінює рівень підготовки курсантів і готує їх до допуску до виконання завдань;
• узагальнює бойовий досвід і оновлює навчальні програми та матеріали;
• стежить за безпекою під час навчальних польотів;
• веде облік навчання, польотів і навчального майна.

Requirements:

• confident UAV piloting skills (FPV, multicopters or "wings");
• experience in performing UAV tasks;
• ability to explain easily, patience and pedagogical abilities;
• knowledge of the structure, configuration and maintenance of UAVs;
• responsibility, organization, discipline;
• confidently works with PCs and programs to configure UAVs and simulators;
• combat experience — will be an advantage;
• experience in teaching, coaching or instructing will be an advantage.
