Head of Calculation Group

Overview

The head of the settlement group is a serviceman who is responsible for the organization and implementation of accruals of cash support, wages, compensation payments and cash benefits for the personnel of the military unit

Responsibilities:

• organization and control of the work of the settlement group regarding the accrual of cash security and payments
• calculation and accrual of cash security, bonuses, allowances and compensations for personnel
• preparation and submission of payment statements and financial statements
• verification of the correctness of primary documents for cash payments
• advising servicemen on the issues of accrual of financial support and deductions

Requirements:

• вища економічна чи фінансова освіта (спеціальність «облік і оподаткування», «фінанси», «економіка»)
• досвід роботи в сфері бухгалтерського обліку, нарахування заробітної плати чи грошового забезпечення
• знання законодавства щодо грошового забезпечення військовослужбовців та оподаткування
• впевнений користувач ПК (робота з програмами автоматизації обліку, базами даних, Excel)
• висока відповідальність, уважність до деталей та вміння працювати з великими обсягами даних
