Procuring Assistant

Overview

The 419th Separate Battalion of Unmanned Systems invites an assistant procurer to serve.

The smooth operation of crews in the air depends on how quickly and clearly you find, process and deliver the necessary equipment. Your work is the rear, which directly provides the front with everything you need: from components to special equipment, without delays and bureaucratic pits.
You will become part of a unit that forms a new defense system — intelligent, technological, effective.

Responsibilities:

• collection, processing and system analysis of the unit's needs for material and technical means
• search for suppliers, price monitoring, request for quotations and comparative market analysis
• preparation and execution of primary documentation for procurement (contracts, specifications, invoices, acts)
• control of the terms of delivery, compliance with the nomenclature and quality of the received property
• interaction with the battalion services to coordinate procurement procedures

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in procurement, supply, management or document management (civilian or military experience)
• confident PC skills (MS Excel, Word) and the ability to quickly work with tables, calculations and databases
• understanding of the principles of procurement processes (knowledge of the law "On Public Procurement" / Prozorro will be a significant advantage)
• higher professional education (economics, law, management, public procurement or related fields)

Conditions:

• служба за контрактом або мобілізація до оголошення демобілізації

• грошове забезпечення від 20 000 грн/міс + додаткові виплати до 30 000 грн (залежно від умов служби)
