Squad Leader

Overview

The 26th Separate Artillery Brigade invites to the service the squad leader — a serviceman who organizes the work of the personnel, is responsible for the fulfillment of the assigned tasks and maintains the coherence of the unit.

Responsibilities:

• керівництво особовим складом відділення;
• розподіл завдань між військовослужбовцями та контроль їх виконання;
• організація повсякденної діяльності та бойової підготовки відділення;
• підтримання належного рівня дисципліни та порядку;
• контроль справності та правильного використання озброєння, техніки й майна;
• організація взаємодії між військовослужбовцями відділення;
• доповідь командуванню про виконання завдань, стан особового складу та техніки;
• забезпечення дотримання вимог безпеки під час виконання завдань.

Requirements:

• experience of military service and understanding of the organization of the work of the department;
• practical skills of personnel management;
• knowledge of statutory requirements and the procedure for organizing the service;
• the ability to clearly set tasks and monitor their implementation;
• leadership qualities and authority among subordinates;
• organization, discipline and responsibility;
• ability to make decisions in complex and non-standard situations;
• readiness to maintain a high level of discipline and training of the unit by personal example.

Conditions:

• contracted military service;
• cash collateral from UAH 30,000;
• additional payments in accordance with the conditions of service and performance of tasks;
• annual basic leave — 30 calendar days;
• for combatants — an additional 14 calendar days;
• social guarantees in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
• vocational training and education;
• providing the necessary property and equipment;
• the possibility of professional and career development.
